Issue/Introduction

You requested an OKTA administrator account be created with your email address.  Since that was created, you can no longer get in to Clarity through Federated SSO with your normal Clarity user.

 

Environment

Release : 16.1.0

Resolution

For some customers, users are looked up using  email (not typical) and your user has 3 accounts with same email.

Broadcom can assist to change the test account and admin account to use a different email.  Setup the Admin to use SMS for MFA
