API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'groupingAttributes' specified in query parameters are not supported

Issue/Introduction

You go to the Financial Module within the Project and receive this error.

API-1005 : Attribute(s) 'groupingAttributes' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured

If you have any other views, they typically work

Environment

Release :16.1+

Cause

Due to a corrupt view

Resolution

For the corrupt view that doesn't work:

1. Take a screenshot of the view columns
2. Delete the view entirely
3. Recreate the view from the screenshot

Note: Do not use Save As on the corrupt view as this is going to copy the faulty references and will not work to properly recreate it to fix the problem

Please contact Support to review the issue if the view cannot be deleted from the UI.
