Service outage alarms don't provide enough detail.

Issue/Introduction

We're looking to enhance Service Manager alarms as they do not provide enough detail.  Is there any way to add the service impact to the alarm so we can see what other services/models are impacted?

The current alarm output in Notifier just shows:  Service is Down

The Alarm Notifier SetScript contains a variable for Service Impact that can be utilized to provide more service detail about the outage.
