Advanced Authentication signon fails with EZA0609E

Issue/Introduction

New intall of AAM.

When user tries to signon via AAM to TPX, get the following error messages:

TSS7065E Unable to validate signon credentials at this time            

TSS7059I Fallback Processing Activated. Enter Password/Phrase          

TSS7000I CS91003 Last-Used 30 Sep 22 11:00 System=SYSA Facility=TPX    

TSS7001I Count=01013 Mode=Fail Locktime=None Name=USERA

IKJ56455I CS91003 LOGON IN PROGRESS AT 11:01:15 ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2022  

IKJ56951I NO BROADCAST MESSAGES

Firewall issue causing the IP address not to be resolved.
