Investigate tab displays Database Search but not Endpoint

Issue/Introduction

Within the Symantec Endpoint Security web portal, the Investigate tab displays the Database Search tab, but not the Endpoint tab.

Resolution

Navigate to Settings> Subscriptions.

If the current subscription reads as "Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise", the Subscription you purchased does not include the EDR features, such as the ability for SES Agents to upload events to the Database of the tenant, search endpoints for Indicators of Compromise, or upload files to Security Response from within the SES web portal.
