Upgrade from APM 10.7

Issue/Introduction

Currently running APM 10.7 and would like to upgrade.

Can we move directly to version APM 22.1?

Same for DX APM 10.7 to APM 21.3 or APM 22.1 NOT supported. 

Best practice to upgrade to APM 10.8.

Install APM 22.1.
