You may need to request a har file from a particular event you are troubleshooting.
There is currently no option for users to download the har files. This will require creating a support ticket with Broadcom. When you open the ticket, please state that you need the har files package and provide a deeplink for the network event.
Instructions to gather a deep link:
Go to the test with errors and hover over 'Share' and then click on the 'Share Link':
Then copy and paste the URL into the ticket and submit it:
In addition, you may also wish to confirm the Experience Path Name, target URL and date and time of the har file of the drill down you're looking for.
