Issue/Introduction

You may need to request a har file from a particular event you are troubleshooting.

Resolution

This will require creating a Support ticket with Broadcom.  

Please reach out to the support team and provide a deeplink for the network event.  Click on the Share Link:

Then copy and paste the URL:

 

In addition, you may also wish to confirm the Experience Path Name, target URL and date and time of the har file of the drill down you're looking for.
