Adding new ssh account user in EDR

Issue/Introduction

For some need, the customer wants to add a new ssh account in their EDR appliance. Is that possible?

 

 

Resolution

The only supported account is 'admin'. Creation of other accounts is prohibited. This is due to the EDR being a locked down appliance.
