Provide Ability To Apply configuration Settings To Openshift POD Container

Issue/Introduction

Create attributes to configure the containers running the pod similar to UMA Openshift PODS.

Resolution

For now, we do not support  applying configuration Settings To Openshift POD Containers. An enhancement requested was already raised in order to have WebSphere Liberty 21.0 in our monitoring portfolio, it will be evaluated and put in our backlog to be deployed soon.
