Resolution

Go to C:\SymantecDLPOCR\Protect and check what is inside the ocrserver.ver file.

Additional Information

Since 16.0, the OCR default installation path is C:\Program Files\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\OCRServer\16.0.00000 which indicate also the OCR version. You can also confirm the same via Apps & features:
