Can You Modify the Actual Start Date and Actual End Date for a Feature

Issue/Introduction

We need to modify Actual Start Date and Actual End Date for a Feature, but when we try to modify it the values are grayed out.

Is there specific access that controls being about to modify the Actual Start Date and Actual End Date after they have been completed?

Environment

Release : SAAS

Resolution

The Actual Start Date and Actual End Date can't be manually edited. They are determined by the following:

Actual Start Date
The earliest date an associated user story is moved to an In-Progress schedule state.

Actual End Date
The latest date the final associated user story is moved to an Accepted (or later) schedule state.
