This is regarding the relative time set an option.
The problem is that if we select a Relative Time range at the dashboard, the panel works with the last 15 minutes set in the Query options. However, when we select an Absolute Time range at the dashboard (using the calendar), the panels seem to ignore the relative time set in the Query option and show data for the entire day, and not only the last 15 minutes:

When the Relative time in the Query Options section is configured, if you change the relative time range for the visualization, the displayed data on the visualization is not impacted. However, if you change the absolute time range, the absolute range overrides the configured relative time and the visualization reflects the absolute time range data.
