You notice upload or download of large files are slow with the CASB Dropbox Gatelet enabled.
Downloading a large number of files from MSFT OneDrive as a zip file failed.
This issue could potentially occur with any SaaS that has a Gatelet enabled.

You can request to test a pre-released feature "ICAP Trickling" by contacting CASB Support.
Preliminary testing appears to reduce the duration of the upload or download from Dropbox.
Slow or failed download issues with MSFT OneDrive or SharePoint was resolved.
