Portlet(User List by License Type) Does Not Display Results

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the portlet in Administration > Organization and Access > License Information link, the portlet(User List by License Type)
which uses Query: User List by License Type
is not displaying License information data. It does not show results.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to Administration > Organization and Access > License Information

2.Make sure following portlets appear

a. User Count by License Type
b. Rights by License Type
c. User List by License Type

3.Go to the portlet(User List by License Type)
and click Show All

Expected: The portlet should display results.

Actual: The portlet does not display results.

Resolution

This was reported as DE67745 and Engineering confirmed the design.

1.  Go to Administration > Organization and Access > License Information 

2. The portlet (User List by License Type) will only be populated if the following are performed:

a. In the portlet(User Count by License Type)
click on Full, Restricted, or View Only

b. Based on the selection, the result portlet (User List by License Type) will then display the username results. From here, clicking on the user link, displays the rights.

In summary, the portlet(User List by License Type) alone does not retrieve results, but depends on what license type is selected.
