create_oracle_user.sql script fails when entering db password

Issue/Introduction

You need to run create_oracle_user.sql script in preparation to run a URT for upgrade.

Cause

You are copying/pasting the database password to the prompt instead of typing the password.

Resolution

 

Copying/Pasting can cause the script to fail. Type in all responses to the script.
