Rich Text Field editor in New UI project tasks timeline view is not visible

Issue/Introduction

Rich Text Field editor is not rendered properly in tasks timeline view when there are more number of tasks on project

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Create a field of type 'Large String - Rich Text' on task object and enable it for API
• Open a project in New UI
• Navigate to Tasks tab
• Create around 100 or more tasks
• Switch to timeline view
• Configure the newly created RTF field in the view
• Click into field to edit and scroll down

Expected Results: The editor to be displayed consistently through the view

Actual Results: Editor shows as long as you are the top. The editor is not displayed as you scroll down. Reduce the browser zoom to 50% and you can see the editor rendered away from the field.

Workaround: 
Use grid view to update the value in RTF field.
