On our production SOI, we have not seen updated alerts from Spectrum to SOI since 1824 last night. There are new alerts flowing into Spectrum; but they are not being updated in SOI.

The CA SOI Event Management and CA SOI Integration Services on the connector server were not running.
We check the \soi\jsw\logs\SAM-IntegrationServices_wrapper.log and it log a message that the service was stopped due to machine shutdown at 6:24 PM on 12/14.
We were able to confirmed this by running the systeminfo command in the command prompt which show the server system boot time was on 12/14, 6:24 PM.
The services startup were set to manual and customer didn't know that the VM session got rebooted last night.
