Process on RIC creation does not auto-start if condition is set

Issue/Introduction

We have a process to auto-start on Change Request creation when the parent project belongs to a given department.

But even if the auto-start condition is met the process does not auto-start

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a process with the Change Request as the Primary Object
2. Add the Project object as a linked object
3. Auto-start in creation
4. Condition: ( Project (Issue Project) Department = 'IT' )
5. Create a Change Request on a project linked to the IT department

Expected Results: The process to auto-start

Actual results: the process does not auto.start

Environment

Clarity 16.0.3

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.1.0
