Installation fails with error "Failed to issue Certificate"

Issue/Introduction

While reinstalling ITPAM to point to another EEM server, the "Register" throws error:
"Failed to issue Certificate"

Noticed below error in file "i4j_log_CA PAM Domain_7439978464212349010.log" at %temp% location:
[INFO] com.optinuity.install4j.TestEiamConfiguration: Error while authenticating EEM application with certificate

Environment

Release : 4.3.X

Cause

It seems the existing PAM.p12 restricts to create new file.

Resolution

  1. Rename/Move the existing PAM.p12 file from ..\server\c2o\.c2orepository\public\certification\
  2. Reinstall
