Inst_pkg failed. SID is expired

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 20.4 CU5. Unable to deploy the probes with error in IM, Inst_pkg failed. SID is expired

   
 

From Distsrv logs:

Robot: 9.3x

Resolution

Follow below steps, to see if distsrv got corrupted after upgrade.

1. Stop distsrv probe

2. try deleting the jobs folder and jobs_history.db from distsrv probe,  E:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\distsrv(If you want take backup for safe side)

3. Redeploy it

4. Restart the probe

now try to deploy any a probe
