CWPS storage account removed from the console automatically

Issue/Introduction

Several storage accounts where automatically removed from the cloud console.

Cause

Networking error in Azure.   Call was made to Azure SDK and received the following error multiple times during the storage account validation. error:  java.net.SocketTimeoutExceptions:timeout.   Since the storage accounts could not be validated the were removed from the cloud console.

Resolution

Reimport the storage accounts to the cloud console.
