ITPAM login page not launch after fresh installation

Issue/Introduction

Installed ITPAM in a new server with migrated DB from another environment.
Installation went successful but not able to get the login page with below error in c20.log:

Environment

Release : 4.3.05

Cause

Application and DB are not at same patch level.

Resolution

If any CP patch was applied to the previous environment, make sure to apply the same CP patch before starting the PAM service. 
Here, the another environment from where the DB was copied has CP04 patch applied, so applied CP04 patch on top of 4.3.05 and it resolved the issue.
