Report Manager failing to install on Linux due to puppet changing the hostname.

Issue/Introduction

I am continuing to get the following errors when trying to install Report Manager on Linux

Environment

Release : 22.2

Cause

Puppet was installed on the Linux server and changing the hostname in the /etc/hosts file to the fully qualified name and that was causing mysql to fail to install. 

Resolution

The customer disabled puppet on the Linux server and they were able to install SRM successfully.
