Getting a login failure message when doing a job search in WCC

Issue/Introduction

When we entered in a job <JOB_NAME> in the name box in WCC and searched for it, we then it get the error.
e139012 autosys error response e180011 login failed using: user

e131003 error loadin the job e180010 could not establish a connection to autosys workload automation

Environment

Autosys 11.x 12.x

Resolution

The client had to make sure the user could log into the Autosys server properly at the OS level.
