When selecting the Report field of the RA Business object, it is timing out: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

When select any folders for the report selection , the agent goes down . The error message below is present in the agent log.

Troubleshooting steps
Based on the trace file, there was timeout connecting to the server used in the Connection object.
