Issue/Introduction

Unable to export metrics report and the request is going in a pending state on UIM 20.4 CU3

Environment

Release : 20.4 CU3

Resolution

UIM 20.4 CU3 has a prerequisite to have java_jre 2.13 ( or later) deployed to the OC robot(s).
  
Please deploy java_jre 2.13 or later from the archive to the OC robot and wait for the robot to restart and try to export the metric view
