New UI Timesheet - Time Entry Copy Action functionality when fields are secured

Issue/Introduction

The Copy Action in Timesheets to duplicate time entries is available to user though the fields 'input type code' and 'charge code' are secured and user is not part of the secure group.

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Create user with permission to enter time for at least one task.
• Create one group for copy action permission
•  Add one user to this group
• Configure MUX Field Level Security as below for charge code and input type code
• Login as user who does not have access to above created group
• Open Timesheet and add at least one task
• Open More Options Menu of time entry

Expected Results: Copy Action is not available, since user is not in security group and fields are secured

Actual Results: Copy Action is available
