Unable to deploy CDM probe on server

Issue/Introduction

Tried deploying CDM probe on to the server but CDM probe is not reflecting in the server after completion of the deploying process.

 

 

 

Environment

robot: 9.33 and previous versions

 

Cause

The older robot is not able to confirm the OS version.  This is needed to be able to install the needed component for the cdm probe.

Resolution

Can see below error in robot controller logs

 With UIM 20.4 CU4, for Robots, UIM has switched to GLibC based certification which means going forward any newer version of linux distro released would be implicitly certified in case  Distro supports particular gLibC

Please upgrade to 9.36 or higher version of the robot .In some instances you might need to reinstall the robot with the the compatible new version of the robot which in turn will ensure the probes are correctly installed and registered on the robot.
