SEP Linux agent sisidsdaemon is crashing when using EDR

Issue/Introduction

When using Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Linux agent with EDR policy applied, the sisamddaemon is not staying started.

Environment

Release : 14.3 RU4

Cause

There is a known issue in SEP 14.3 RU4.

Resolution

If SEP Linux agent is crashing with SEP 14.3 RU4 installed, upgrade the client to 14.3 RU5.
