Issue with a Blueprint rule

Issue/Introduction

In our environment, we have the Blueprint "Template V3" and the rule was introduced with the objective of hiding section if the attribute Entity List Control Status is different from Stop and Restricted.

However, the system continues showing the section without applying the rule when value is blank.

Resolution

In order to have this exact same rule to also apply on when value is blank, in other words empty, admin will need to create another rule where they can check if value is Empty and apply same Action to Hide the sections.
