The jobstream exceeded its user-defined SLA and the SLA Alert was also sent but it is still showing Completed On-Time in the monitoring tab.

There is an AAI server side parameter called client.useStrictSlaLateDefinition which controls the precision of the LATE determination. The default allows 5% tolerance, meaning that jobstreams that complete within 5% of the total running time past SLA would show as having completed on time.
This parameter has a default value of false but can be set to true.
