Bringing Rally project object ID into the portfolio items in Clarity

Issue/Introduction

When relating work items (Epics, Capabilities, Features) to teams (Projects) and projects the Clarity Rally Integration only syncs the Rally project name (team). It would be help if the integration included another column/attribute in the grid in Clarity to show the Rally Project Object ID.

For illustration purposes, the Project Object ID is ideal way to differentiate two distinct Rally Projects with the same name:

"PPM161_WS_EMEA161_RTC1_project1"

"PPM161_WS_EMEA161_RTC1_project1"

Resolution

The Development team has introduced the 'Rally Project ID' field into Clarity 16.1.1 due to the integration needs this to help users differentiate Rally Projects that have the same name.

Please note you will need to create a custom attribute (e.g., Project ID) to receive the Rally Project ID information, which can be positioned as a grid column.
