Audit trail is not saving the correct user

Issue/Introduction

In looking at the audit trail I am seeing the name of a user that no longer works here. I think she was the administrator that may have created the process. However, I am not sure how and where to change this so that when a task date is changed in Clarity it saves the correct user who changed the date in Clarity and not this wrong administrator.

This is due to the user who has scheduled Post Timesheet job.
