Issue/Introduction

Users that were able to start jobs at one moment are suddenly getting EEM denials when trying to start jobs after restarting the EEM server.

Environment

Release : 12.0/12.1

Resolution

If the Application Server is in the middle of refreshing the local EEM policy cache when the EEM server is restarted, it can leave the local policy cache corrupted. This can cause users that were once able to start jobs to suddenly be denied. A restart of the Application Server will force a reload of the local EEM policy cache which will clear any corruption.
