Error masking Postgres on TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction
An error occurred when I try to mask Postgres DB.
In particular, I receive the following error:
"FATAL: password authentication failed for user USERNAME", error connecting with connection parameters.",
but the connection profile test complete successfully.
Environment
Release : 4.10..0
Cause
There has been a defect in TDM Portal causing masking issues with connection profiles having longer password.
Resolution
Apply the latest patch builds for TDM Portal and FDM components. Follow below steps:
Download the latest patch build for FDM and TDM Portal for 4.10 from below link for all TDM related published patches.

Use below knowledge article to first upgrade FDM and then upgrade the TDM Portal component.
