What actually triggers the ASOSMAPI resets? Is it specific times set in the schedule? (e.g OPS3092H ASOSMAPI MESSAGE: NEXT RESET WILL BE PROCESSED AT 08:50)

Resolution

When a schedule is load, Schedule Manager creates a dynamic TOD rule to executed at the time the next period begins. If you visit the OPSVIEW panel 4.5.3 you will see a dynamic TOD rule like below:

This TOD rule will contain the ASOSMAPI reset command:
