Authenticating at the IdP, the login page shows twice on SP VAPP side

Issue/Introduction

 

When running a Policy Server for the Federation journey, when the browser authenticates at the SiteMinder Identity Provider (IdP) side, then lands on the Service Provider (SP) side, hosted by IdM VAPP, the login page shows twice: one time on the IdP and a second time on the SP sides.

 

Resolution

 

Disable Siteminder protection on the VAPP Service Provider (SP) side to solve this issue.
