Cannot see interfaces of the device in Add Items dialog of link Utilization On-Demand report in CA Performance Management (CAPM)

CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration
Trying to run a link Utilization report for a device. Looking at the device and its interfaces, the link and its graphs for utilization are shown:
However, the following problems are seen when attempting to get data on some of these interfaces:
- When attempting to run an on-demand report and trying to select the link, it does not show up.
- Cannot see the interfaces under
Inventory -> Interfaces
- Cannot see the interface in the Interface Health tab interface list
- Cannot see the interfaces under the "Add Items" dialog of the the Link Utilization On-Demand report
DX NetOps CAPM Release : 21.2
Full re-synchronisation of the Data Aggregator under
CAPC -> Administration -> Data Sources resolved the problem.
