Upgraded one of the LPARs to z/OS 2.4 and when TMSINIT was brought up, we saw these messages:

PTF LU05200 introduced a major enhancement to CA/1 making these 5 options obsolete.
This enhancement removes 5 options (KEYTAP, WRKFLS, QSAMBF, DCHG and TCHG).
The following options saying they are now obsolete: QSAMBF, WRKFLS,TCHG, DCHG, and KEYTAP. Their defaults are now the only valid values and the permitted values will be updated accordingly.
You will see those message but they will not prevent TMSINIT from starting.
Remove these obsolete parameters from the TMOOPTxx member.
