User was denied access to a resource

Resolution

The x'82' message will be documented in the next iteration of the TSS Message Guide.

Definition: Resource not specified through authorised SYSID

The resource was (in this example) a system ID restriction for example SYSID specified in the user profile was VSEB but the job was trying to access a resource on VSEA

The user does not have access to VSEA because they had "SYSID - VSEB" specified in the user profile limiting processing to only VSEB.
