Issue/Introduction

JIT MS SQL and the checkout view (seeing already checked out accounts)

JIT Access template.  From secondary site when you select, PAM returns:

Workflow is associated with application.  When run from the primary site it works within issue. 

"PAM-CWF-0040 Unable to perform the operation.  Could not find the RDP user name for the login user."

Environment

Privileged Access Manager 4.1.1

Resolution

The issue is resolved as DE549181 in the 4.1.2 release.
