Issue/Introduction

What is the exact purpose of the " UserAdminFilter " Policy Server Registry Key in siteminder registry?

Environment

Release : 12.8.XX releases. (Applicable to all the fully supported releases)
Operating System: Both Windows and Linux
Component : SITEMINDER Policy Server (SMPLC)

Resolution

This " UserAdminFilter " registry settings is to enable/configure " Administrator Access Events " from siteminder registry settings (manually adding to manage this feature) which we usually do it from smconsole (smconsole - Logs - Policy Server Audit log section - Administrator Access Events).

As always please note that you must restart Policy Server after you add a registry key and/or after making any changes to the registry key and its value.
