How do I determine details about my account, status, warranty, entitlement details, as well as active and inactive serial numbers?

Resolution

Use My Entitlements to view details about your AppNeta Hardware and its current warranty status and entitlement.

  • Log into Broadcom, and navigate to My Entitlements :
    https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/products
  • In the search field, you can look for Serial Numbers of the AppNeta Monitoring points.  When using Serial Numbers, you may need to uncheck 'Active' if the monitoring point is inactive or no longer entitled.

  • Paste the serial number in, and expand the sections:  



  • You can also paste in the the site ID and click on the Entitlement Details. 
    For example, if your siteID was 1234567:

This gives you access to your contract details and Licenses.  You can review these details with your Account Director or Account Manager.
