Issue/Introduction

Upgrading from SYSVIEW 15.0 to 16.0, getting the following errors: 

GSVX087E (MAIN) VTAM.TCPIP.TCPIP.DATA not cataloged

 

Environment

SYSVIEW 15.0 & 16.0 & 17.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

Resolution

The TCP-SYSTCPD-Dsn is missing in the GSVXGSVX member, there is only the TCP-SYSTCPD-Member: 

GSVX745I (MAIN) GSVXGSVX !TCP-SYSTCPD-Member               ''

There should be both: 

GSVX745I (MAIN) GSVXGSVX |TCP-SYSTCPD-Dsn                  VTAM.TCPIP.TCPIP.DATA
GSVX745I (MAIN) GSVXGSVX |TCP-SYSTCPD-Member               ''

After fixing the GSVXGSVX member and recycling SYSVIEW, the message should disappear.
