Node missing from Environment Node list

Issue/Introduction
We installed new set of UVMS and DUAS in our UAT environment. After installing a 2 new nodes i.e. rumrpt01 and rumsch01 we found that in Design-> Environment -> Nodes we don't see rumrpt01 node under context of rumsch01 node.
but if we switch context to the node rumrpt01 both the nodes are visible in Environment Node list
We validated and both nodes are connected fine to UVMS and server engine list are fine on both DUAS nodes.

Cause
In the UVMS server log the below error is visible, however the telnet is working fine on port 10611 and firewall is turned off on node rumrpt01.

Resolution
The issue is observed due to data synchronization between Node and UVMS. Do perform a full synchronization on the node which will result in synchronization of data i.e. Node list, security settings, alerting rules and UVMS nodes list.
