Cannot sign on to server; receives msg "user not found"

Issue/Introduction

No one can sign on on the server.

Environment

Release : 5.1

Resolution

User oversight; MODEL deleted preventing users from logging on which coincided with VIO filling up.

 

Additional Information

If a USER NOT FOUND occurs, check that the MODEL used for the users is still there.  If not, then the FAQSUTIL INIT PW has to be run to rebuild it.

 

Then use "SCTY CONFIG"

and

Set the "Use SCTY entry not only profile ( X )"  field.
