What are the different ways a device can be retired in DX Netops Performance Management?

Environment

Release : 21.2.8 and later

Resolution

a) There are essentially 3 ways to retire a device:

1) The DX Netops Portal UI

2)  NFA device replacement.

3) Deleting from Spectrum and choosing to retire. 

b) When you retire a device and rediscover it, the device is discovered as a new device and there is no way to merge the data,
