Issue/Introduction

APM 10.7 and 10.8 to monitor Sisview 10.7 and 10.6. Does it is supported?

Resolution

For now, we do not support APM 10.7/10.8 with Sisview 16x/17x. A Certification requested was already raised in order to have APM 10.7/10.8 with Sisview 16x/17x in our monitoring portfolio, it will be evaluated and put in our backlog to be deployed soon.

10.7 sp3 and 10.8  Mainframe IA artifacts are based on DX SAAS Agents. So, Mainframe IA supports only Sysview 16. For Sysview 17, we have a feature planned for FY23 PI Q3. (Starting Mid May).

Currently, 10.7 sp3 and 10.8  Mainframe IA report only Sysview 16 metrics. No Traces due to the lack of NG Traces rest end API support in 10.7/10.8 EM.
