Accessing SSO URL produces HTTP 302

Issue/Introduction
SSO URL for an environment is being accessed. It is noted in a Browser trace that the HTTP response when this is done is 302. The app-access log does not have any entries for the attempt at accessing the application. The browser trace also shows that the traffic does not reach the Clarity PPM application servers.
Resolution
The SSO URL has an issue. To be resolved by internal infrastructure teams.
