No access to http://DA:8581/dcdebug/

Issue/Introduction

http://DA:8581/dcdebug/ is getting redirected to:

https://DA:8382/sso/sign-in.jsp?SsoProductCode

and ends in error. However http://DA:8581/rest/ is working.

Also I've tried http://DA:8581/dcdebug/ with the rest client and got the following error:

Environment

Release : 22.2

Cause

For DA name resolution hostname was used instead of FQDN.

Resolution

DA at Data Sources was registered with a hostname. After changing it to FQDN it started working.

Additional Information

In Sso (CAPC), the parameters:Web Service Host & Web Site Host are the same. 
CAPC and DA names are resolvable.
